The premium domain name Photo.com has sold for $1,250,000 via Moniker as reported here and here. This is another huge sale for 2010 and shows again that .com domains are the cream of the crop. Congrats to both the buyer and seller.

Crayon.com Sells For $50,000 On Sedo

Reported via Sedo/GreatDomains – Crayon.com has sold for $50,000 – the buyer is yet to be identifed as the domain is pending escrow transfer. Notable potential buyers could be Crayola, Crayon.net and many others using the name. The keyword crayon gets 74,000 exact searches per month with an average CPC cost of $0.67. Congrats to both the buyer and seller.

Update: The buyer of Crayon.com was Crayon.no – a software consulting company in Norway.
